Just Walk – Saturday 15th May 2010
Rose Road are delighted to be taking part in Just Walk for the first time this year. This fantastic event takes place on Saturday 15th May and offers you, your children or whole family the chance to raise money for the Change My Life Appeal with an option to suit just about everyone! Choose from 10km, 20km, 40km or the extreme 60km walk, sign up and then start raising money…it really is that simple.
The walk starts at Goodwood Racecourse near Chichester and follows a circular route through the stunning South Downs in West Sussex and your registration fee will cover all of the costs of your walk, meaning that every penny you raise in sponsorship comes directly to Rose Road. The fundraising team will be on hand with hints and tips to help you raise as much as you can.
You will receive full support on the day, including breakfast, lunch, hot food and refreshments (depending on the distance you choose), safety marshals on route, a full medical support team, an event t-shirt and entertainment at the start of your walk. During registration you will be asked to provide details of the charity you wish to raise money for, The Rose Road Association is listed on this site. Please let me know when you have done this and I will send out a fundraising pack, containing a sponsorship form and details of how to fundraise online.
