Serving up a £45,000 smasher

More than £45,000 has already been netted by the 123 Decathlon in Hampshire, comprising 10 sporting events to tie in with the 2012 London Olympics.

Do you really want to do something amazing this year? Then why not take part in the 123 Decathlon Triathlon on the 1st of July at Totton Health and Leisure. You can enter the triathlon either individually or as a mixed team and complete one section each. The swim is 400 metres, cycle approx 15 miles and run approx 4 miles. Places are strictly limited.
